Apple Pie Bread

This is an easy quick bread recipe, just mix and pour. Yum!

Ingredients:
For the Batter:
2 cups Apples, diced
1 can of hard cider beer
3 cups All Purpose Flour
1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. of baking soda
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
2 tsp. Apple pie spice
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Salt
For the Topping:
3 Tbsp. Butter
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
Directions:
Pre-heat your oven to 350, then grease a 9" x 5" loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
In a large bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, brown sugar, apple pie spice, cinnamon, and salt until fully mixed.
Add apples and beer, then stir gently untill just combined.
Pour mixture into loaf pan.
Sprinkle additional brown sugar all over the top of bread, chop up butter and spread over sugar.
Bake for 45 to 55 minutes until top is golden brown and crusted over.
Test with a toothpick inserted into the center to check that it comes out clean.
Remove from oven let cool in pan for 10 minutes.
Flip bread out and cool for another 10 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
