Cheddar Bay Biscuits

This is the best Appetizer recipe ever. Yum!

Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons old bay seasoning. or sub: cajun seasoning!
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 ounces 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup whole milk plus a little more for brushing
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 450 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, and old bay seasoning.
Grate the 4 tablespoons of butter into the bowl.
Use your fingers to toss the butter into the flour and pinch it together into a crumbly consistency.
Stir in cheddar cheese and milk.
Use a cookie scoop or 1/4 cup, measuring cup, note: (don’t fill it all the way) to scoop dough.
Drop dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Brush the tops of the biscuits with a bit of milk.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the tops are golden-brown. Enjoy!
