Directions:
Preheat your Oven to 400, then lightly grease a baking dish.
For the the Honey Butter Sauce:
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, honey, lemon juice, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
For the Fish:
Place the cod fillets in the baking dish. Pour the honey butter sauce evenly over each fillet.
Bake the Cod:
Bake uncovered for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and is golden around the edges.
You can broil for 1 to 2 minutes at the end for extra color.
Garnish and Serve:
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with lemon slices for a bright finish. Enjoy!
